  6. good morning!!! starting the day off with the right mindset is critical for a great day. try some of these tips 1) get a sweat in. I wake up and do my #tmac20 workout. so don’t give me I don’t have the time excuse. even if all you do is a few sun salutations or go for a walk. get moving!!! 2) take a cold shower!!! wake up!!! 3) listen to light music, jack Johnson or Christian music are two of my favorites. 4) read something positive encouraging. right now I am reading #shortdailydevorionals 5) have a kickass day! #iluvmornings #mindright #tmacfitness
